delivering quality training for both product definition teams and manufacturing shop-floor
operators.Ms. McKay has made a difference in the gravity-defiant world of aerospace where products must carry human beings and where reliability rules. Her hands-on training courses are both memorable and motivational where quality is concerned. She is technically competent in the field of Quality and Adult Education. She s well-known for her ability to design results-oriented training that corporate trainers enjoy teaching. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
